Marble City Pharmacy opened on May 27, 2003. It is located in the same place where one of the owners, James Hobson, had previously owned and operated Hobson Plaza Pharmacy for many years. Mr. Hobson and Danny Johnson, the other owner, decided to open a pharmacy that treated customers the way they deserved to be treated - as friends who needed a service. By continuing to care for their customers in this way, the pharmacy's business continues to grow. If you don't like the way you are treated at your current pharmacy, come in and experience what it is like to shop in an atmosphere that is truly "the way a drug store used to be."
At Marble City Pharmacy, we have four exceptional pharmacists with a combined 91 years of pharmacy experience. We also have experienced and courteous pharmacy technicians and clerks to help you with your needs. We feel that our staff is one of our strongest areas, and we are confident that you will feel the same after getting to know them.
We sell more than just prescriptions at Marble City Pharmacy. We have a full line of over-the-counter medications for a variety of ailments, a wide selection of vitamins and supplements, durable medical equipment (such as braces, crutches, walkers, canes, and supplies for the bed-ridden patient), adult diapers, baby supplies, feminine hygiene supplies, and support hose. In the non-medical category, we have a beautiful and unique gift department, greeting cards, and a "dollar wall," where everything costs - you guessed it - one dollar.
